A Few Words About Us
How did we get our name many of our customers ask? When my family started the business back in 1971 there were just a handful of companies. Back then our company name was Automatic Door Systems which many customers back in the day would still recognize us by. We began to understand that as the years went by the evolution of our company would be transformed from the over the counter sales to a genuine regard for a much greater need and that was for service for the great deal of door and opener devices out there in the market. Customers would call looking for a different experience they would find from other companies just wanting to sell products they really didn't need. Many products if serviced and maintained properly can last many years. Being born and raised in the business the way I have you get an idea that the customer just wants to be treated fairly without sales gimmicks and get the job done well with a professional courtesy to you the customer. As our customers called in one thing stood out to us the most and that was to please send out "a service man" that knew what he was doing and in 1992 we refreshed our attention to doing just that and this was reflected in our company name.
